Ontario Rabies Update – March 6, 2024 – No New Cases

no new cases of raccoon or fox rabies detected this week (March 6, 2024).

We are currently at 523 cases of raccoon strain (485 expired and 38 active) and 21 cases of fox strain rabies (21 expired) in Ontario to date, since December 2015.
